Co-develop requirements with internal customers during RFQ/conceptualization stage up to PR-PO. Lead the overall supplier selection process. 3. Lead projects involving cross-functional teams. 4. Do data gathering, conceptualize desired output, and perform data analytics for strategic negotiation. 5. Review and maintain updated record of approved and qualified suppliers for the assigned commodity. Ensure data integrity (supplier data, materials data including price and currency) is kept and maintained at all times. 6.Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute strategies for assigned commodities. Convey the concept to stakeholders through comprehensible data and/or presentation/s. 7. Manage, drive and monitor improvement of supplier performance through effective supplier management. Work with key stakeholders/end-user to identify indicators to track. 8. Create presentation materials (powerpoint/excel/graphs) to effectively convey the message to audience. Come up with the concept on how to present data given the objective of the presentation. 9. Prepare reports as required. Ensures application of Quality Policy of the Company in his/her area of responsibility.
