Job Description Develop and implement category strategies, leading strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure favorable terms and meet global saving targets. Analyze market data, industry trends, and internal metrics to inform decision-making and present performance reports to Senior Leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in category management. Oversee and mentor junior category managers while fostering a high-performance team culture. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks within assigned categories, aligning with company sustainability and ESG goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Technical Studies, or related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Category Management, or Strategic Sourcing Proven track record in developing and implementing category strategies Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems Experience in global supply chain management and automotive industry trends Fluency in English; willingness to travel within Asia and occasionally Europe Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
