JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to be approved by SCA. The role involves managing the licensed category, ensuring compliance with SCA regulations, overseeing daily operations, and acting as the main liaison with regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company’s SCA-licensed activities.
• Ensure full compliance with SCA rules, policies, and reporting obligations.
• Act as the primary point of contact with SCA and other authorities.
• Supervise business operations and support regulatory audits

. * Provide strategic input to management on regulatory and market developments
. * Guide and train staff to align with SCA standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial markets or related fields.
• University degree in finance, law, or a relevant discipline.
• Mandatory CISI UAE Financial Rules and Regulations certification.
• Strong leadership, regulatory, and communication skills.
