This is a central role within our business, bridging commercial strategy, marketing, insights, and sales. SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Confident influencing at all levels of the organisation
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Highly self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • FMCG category management experience
  • Experience with Circana, Nielsen and Kantar data
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Expertise in JDA Prospace & NexGen (training available if needed)
  • Experience managing budgets and project costs
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in category management and/or insight analysis
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Experience in presenting analytics driven recommendations to wide ranging audiences
  • Stakeholder engagement and management experience
