Category Manager (Group Downstream Services) Strategic role. Regional impact. Real responsibility. We’re looking for a Category Manager who can think strategically, collaborate across countries, and turn category insights into measurable business results. This role sits at the heart of MOL Group’s downstream operations, shaping category strategies, driving innovation, and supporting our long‑term environmental and operational goals. Main Responsibilities Build strong collaboration across Procurement and related functions in all assigned countries Lead the development and implementation of category strategies and working groups Drive cross‑functional Category Working Groups and manage supplier selection within value limits Create and execute short-, mid-, and long‑term procurement plans aligned with business needs Manage category projects, including new technologies, scope extensions, savings initiatives, and supplier performance programs Work with Sourcing to prepare negotiation plans and support supplier negotiations and claim management Oversee Supplier Relationship Management: segmentation, evaluation, development, PI/PO initiatives Deliver KPIs, savings targets, and category performance commitments Requirements University degree (Economics, Engineering, or similar) 5–6 years of procurement or category management experience Fluent English ERP knowledge (SAP preferred), BI tools, MS Office Willingness to travel; B‑category driving licence Strong analytical and negotiation skills Energetic, self‑driven working style with the ability to move initiatives forward independently What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Flexible cafeteria system (e.g., SZÉP card, AYCM card, MOL LIMO) Company notebook and iPhone with unlimited mobile internet Life and health insurance, including a full medical care package Professional training and long‑term career development within MOL Group Access to health programs and company events At MOL Group, we know that our strength lies in diversity.
