As a category manager for Corporate Procurement, you’ll oversee large categories of spend and lead strategic sourcing activities for our marketing team. You’ll create and manage service-level agreements, manage supplier performance, negotiate and maintain effective supplier relationship design, and implement business processes. You’ll also manage contracts while considering legal considerations. Additionally, you’ll develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings, meet business needs, and optimize spending.
This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll work in-office 1 day a week.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of four years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience

Preferred skills

  • Three or more years of procurement experience, specifically in sourcing marketing services and managing suppliers performance.
  • Experience with vendor and contract management (ideally direct category management experience)
  • Familiarity with agency relationship and supplier evaluations
  • Working knowledge of the Coupa platform and marketing analytics
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing

Compensation

  • $87,200 - $116,300/ year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare cash incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
