Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Category Manager to take ownership of a strategic category of equipment and services linked to new sustainable technologies and emerging business areas. This is a key Group‑level role where you will drive category strategy, collaboration, supplier management, and innovation that directly contributes to the company’s environmental and operational goals. What will you do? Strengthening cooperation across Procurement and related departments in assigned countries. Leading and implementing category strategies and managing cross‑functional working groups. Coordinating supplier selection and executing short-, mid-, and long‑term procurement plans. Managing category projects, including new technologies, savings initiatives, and supplier performance improvements. Monitoring market trends and innovations to optimize category strategy. Supporting negotiation planning, sourcing processes, and claim management. Overseeing Supplier Relationship Management and acting as the escalation point for supplier issues. Contributing to long lead‑time planning, market analysis, reporting, and delivering KPIs and savings targets. What do we expect? University or College degree (Economics, Engineering, Law). 5–6 years of experience in procurement or category management. Excellent command of English. Proficient user of ERP systems (preferably SAP), BI tools, and MS Office. Willingness to travel; B‑category driving licence required. Strong analytical mindset and solid negotiation capabilities.
