About the Role

As Key Account Manager - Practitioner, you'll be responsible for delivering net revenue, profitability, distribution and new product launch outcomes across a defined set of Practitioner Key Accounts, while leading, coaching and developing a team of field-based Territory Managers. You will drive commercial performance through direct management of strategically important Practitioner Key Accounts, increasing customer advocacy, recommendation, repeat purchase and market share for Integria brands. Through clear priorities, disciplined execution and in-field coaching, you'll support the team to achieve net revenue and profitability targets, expand core range distribution, deliver NPD objectives, acquire new customers, improve conversion and strengthen retention.


What You'll Do

  • Directly manage a defined portfolio of Practitioner Key Accounts to deliver net revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive customer advocacy, recommendation, repeat purchase and market share for Integria brands within nominated key accounts.
  • Achieve distribution, core range and new product launch KPIs within nominated accounts.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of field-based Territory Managers to deliver net revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build sales capability through regular in-field coaching, mentoring and performance feedback.
  • Lead the team to deliver NPD, core range distribution, new customer acquisition, conversion and retention objectives.
  • Actively manage sales force effectiveness, ensuring customer coverage, effective call rates and appropriate call frequency.
  • Foster an actively engaged, high-performing and collaborative sales team culture that embraces change and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in field sales within HCP, OTC, practitioner, pharmacy or related healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sales targets and influence ranging, customer advocacy and HCP recommendation in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to connect technical product knowledge to clear commercial outcomes.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to flex communication, coaching and delivery styles.
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and delivering sustainable commercial growth through targeted account planning and execution.
  • Experience in team leadership is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong planning and performance management capability, with confidence using data, CRM systems and sales reporting tools to improve sales force effectiveness.
  • High level of proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Qualifications in Business, Natural Medicines, Health Sciences or a related discipline are highly regarded, but not essential where equivalent experience is demonstrated.
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to undertake reasonable, regular interstate travel for customer and team management requirements.
