• Conduct in-depth research on the trend of trendy toys, analyze consumer needs and preferences, and accurately position the development direction of the trendy toys category.
• Responsible for developing and introducing new products, from creative ideas, and supplier selection to product shelves, to ensure product uniqueness and market competitiveness.
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies for the Tide toys category and work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and influence in the Tide toys area.
• Monitor the sales data and inventory status of the products, and adjust the product mix and replenishment plan promptly to ensure stable sales growth and reasonable inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, purchasing, shop operation, etc., to ensure the seamless and efficient implementation of Tide products from design concept to end sales
