Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a bold, insight-led product strategy
  • Lead the full product lifecycle form initial concepts through to product performance
  • Dive deep into market and customer insights to unlock new opportunities
  • Own category performance; think sales, margin, product tiering and growth
  • Partner closely with design, planning, marketing, and production to bring product stories to life
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate smart, sustainable outcomes
  • Mentor and inspire your team to deliver their best work
