Key Responsibilities:

● Quality Building: We are required to maintain very high NPS as per industry standards of existing services along with all the new planned additions to the portfolio. The categories have always been open to crazy problem solving and innovation when it comes to ensuring that the right set of supply is onboarded with adequate training. You will work with trainers to shape training modules, build training infra to drive quality improvement.

● Supply Building: You will identify and onboard service aggregators in the category – This will involve meeting many of them and plenty of fieldwork.

● Problem Solving: The role requires you to problem solve at the grass root level. We expect the candidate to self ideate and innovate solutions to the problems at hand.

● Hustle: Significant ability to hustle and desire to get their hands dirty. The candidate should have the willingness to deep dive into each problem, understand and improve the key drivers of the business.

● Partner Relationship: We need to constantly work to improve partner side economics and happiness of our professionals. The candidate will be accountable for building a loyal base of professionals with a very high affinity to UC as a platform.

What we’ll need:

• Strong SQL and data analysis/insights skill
• Go-getter attitude and ability to be hands-on
• Strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others. Experience of managing teams/people would be a plus.
