Led by the Category Marketing Manager, this role assists in the translation of category insights and strategies into compelling and engaging go-to-market campaigns that reach the target category audiences and deliver upon agreed objectives, which includes developing and leading multichannel marketing plans for key category campaigns and executing tactical marketing activities that support the growth of the business. What’s involved: Coordination and production of category marketing campaigns across BTL channels, including eDM’s, social media, SEM and more Maintain category activity in the marketing calendar and media plan Input and represent the category within overarching Brand campaigns as required Help brief and plan content across digital channels to drive category awareness Support the delivery of activity on the calendars through briefing and trafficking any asset creation required Participate in monthly reviews of the content, direct marketing and social calendars ensuring the calendars are accurate Help support the development of advertising material for store openings, refits and instore events Provide support to the wider category marketing team, as well broader brand and planning teams collaboratively across different marketing functions Who we’re looking for: Our ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills so that they can successfully collaborate and partner with various external stakeholders and team members across the business. This role requires the ability to understand category and marketing objectives, write campaign briefs, lead internal briefing sessions, provide guidance and support for the catalogue process on behalf of the allocated category, help create assets for marketing activity, support relevant events and sponsorship programs and work with cross functional teams to deliver a planned program of marketing activity against tight timeframes. You’ll need: Experience in a similar role such as in Retail, Marketing, Merchandise and/ or Business related where skills are transferable Passion for product and the Bunnings brand Strong time management skills - thrive in a high pressure, tight deadline environment Highly planned with exceptional organisational skills Project and campaign management experience highly regarded Be customer focussed Exceptional attention to detail Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
