Description

The role will be focused on developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns targeting pharmaceutical and drug delivery device businesses. Category Marketing Manager (CMM) will take responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns targeting these sectors, with services tailored to distinct stages of a product journey.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Whilst you do not need to meet all of these points, please ensure you meet the majority of them before making an application:

  • Proven track record in marketing roles within pharmaceutical, drug delivery or life science sectors, with a focus on B2B marketing and campaign development & management.
  • Experience working with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media (especially LinkedIn), and performance monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and external partners.
  • Experience of event management, including support of trade shows, and management of other events that showcase company expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience of crafting content targeting pharmaceutical and drug delivery device businesses through a variety of channels.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve campaign performance.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with a global audience and tailoring marketing strategies to different regions and markets.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
