THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
  • Experience in category supply management or planning.
  • Ability to analyze long-range forecasts and make strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and best practices.
  • Proficiency in handling and analyzing large, complex data sets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to convert complex models and data into simple, engaging conclusions.
  • Experience in factory operations or planning is advantageous

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Network Development Manager will work with the Category Network Development Director to manage network processes, create the digital twin process for manufacturing and warehousing, collaborate on Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), and be a super user for network management tools.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead implementation of digital twin across manufacturing & warehousing
  • Lead projects from introduction to delivery of building optimization or simulation models and validation of results,
  • Participate in modelling strategy sessions with senior category leaders
  • Responsible for understanding data requirements, data gathering and cleansing
  • Performing complex data discovery and exploration and building network models using appropriate technology and algorithms.
  • Ensure prioritization of project initiatives, communication, stakeholder management and value tracking.
  • Become expert for network management tools such as Coupa and Llamasoft. Provide support, training, and guidance to other users.
  • Work closely with the category team on annual Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP). Analyze long-range forecasts to drive strategic capacity planning decisions.
  • Standardize work processes related to network modeling, RCCPs, category allocations and portfolio complexity management with wider category supply team.
