YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

At VistaPrint, we are aspiring to hire individuals that add new insights and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.

  • 5+ years of experience in category management, product management or program manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing or similar.
  • Customer focused, with strong strategic, critical thinking, project management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables. (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Develop and improve the product portfolio strategy, identifying growth drivers, how Vista can satisfy customers, drive LTV in line with overarching business strategy and attract new customers. A key element of this includes the development and introduction of new products and the lifecycle management of the current product assortment and experience.

  • Obsess over the customer – demonstrate a deep understanding of the category, markets, customers and use cases. This is both current and including potential use cases and growth opportunities for the future and how Vista can lead the market with solutions for key customer use cases.
  • Product and portfolio quality – End-to-end product lifecycle management and New Product Introductions, optimisation of the assortment based on customer feedback and the proactive retirement of products. Adjusts the portfolio to acquire new customers and retain existing customers - with clear metrics such as dedication (repeat rate), LTV and market share improvement.
  • Drive key demand elements of the product range such as pricing, promotion (GTM strategy), merchandizing, and product experience. Own the conversation with the functions of VP in ANZS and with global teams to ensure that performance is optimised across all metrics using ratings & reviews, quality scores, and commercials.
  • Build volume forecast for the portfolio, including NPI, for the purpose of volumes and budget creation. Able to complete a fully phased forecast for all products based on market knowledge and insights into customer behaviour and marketing implications, taking a leadership role in the discussions with the supply chain, finance and third parties to minimise out of stocks and optimise efficiencies (including financial e.g. shipping)
