Description
The Category Project Manager is responsible to coordinate all the related activities to achieve the category vision, including: Supply base identification, Development, Change of suppliers, Negotiations, Contracts,business reviews, special programs (Carbon Nuetral, Ecovadis,etc). The CPM is expected to have an overview on the initiatives ongoing, prioritize and escalate for support in case of deviations against the plan. Major category transformational projects will be also led by the CPM. Provide a view to the stakeholders on the Category strategy progress and evolution. Be proactive on ensuring proper preparation for the Nego events, Business reviews and Contracts/Agreements. Manage the open projects and ideas Portfolio for the category (COS, QVE, BCP, LTIP, etc) B.A. (Master is a plus) in Engineering or Business PMI Certification (Desired)
