Job Description Support commercial leadership in developing sales and growth strategies. Conduct pricing, margin, and promotion analysis to drive profitability. Forecast and monitor revenue and assigned category KPIs. Provide commercial insights for category planning, assortment decisions, and go-to-market strategies. Manage relationships with assigned key vendors, brands, and logistics partners. Oversee partner onboarding, contract management, and SLA compliance. Lead negotiations for better terms, margins, or operational efficiencies. Coordinate with supply chain and fulfilment teams to ensure inventory availability and service quality. Monitor SKU-level performance and suggest optimizations (e.g., delisting, promo focus). Resolve day-to-day operational issues between internal teams and external partners. Build and maintain dashboards to track sales, returns, profitability, and vendor performance. Identify process gaps using data, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Liaise with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and operational feasibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any relatable specialization. Between 3 to 5 years work-related experience in similar role. Experience with FMCG, ecom or super shop is a plus. Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Has a continuous improvement mindset.
