Job Description Responsible for sourcing activities for indirect and packaging materials. Develop strategic sourcing For indirect area such as developing efficiency for small items, developing market price analysis and developing TCO (Total Cost Ownership) Define sourcing strategies for simple categories at the local and regional level, and executes defined globally strategies locally or regionally. Lead the sourcing activities on purchasing services, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures and optimizes price, delivery, and terms. Responsible on supplier performance review and feedback to vendor Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and vendors. Maintains close communication with users, stakeholders in the region. Contract management and negotiation of sourcing categories. Provide market intelligence analysis and accurate data to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing, strategic in manufacturing area will be preferred Experience in handling indirect material & packaging material Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) Additional Information Strategic sourcing, contract management and category management capability (especially indirect spending) Strong analytical skills: cost breakdown and benchmarking Negotiation and supplier relationship management Ability to perform technical review of specifications and recommend fit‑for‑purpose options Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
