Description
Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers. Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories. Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting. Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners. Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal stakeholders Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and create, negotiate, monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditions Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic Solutions Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key stakeholders Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience. degree in Business/Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field. Minimum 7 years' experience in semiconductor field: Business, Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain Management Good understanding of semiconductor processes from wafer to assembly & test and substrate manufacturing process. Good understanding on industry events that impacting semiconductor supply and business savvy of semiconductor industry. Able to work independently or with a cross functional team Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications Ability to lead without direct authority Experience working at executive levels both internally and externally Professional Procurement Certification (ISM, APICS, other) - preferred
