THE JOB: Catering and Conference Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Catering and Conference Services team in their efforts to provide quality service while maximizing revenue. Assists with key administrative duties in various aspects of catering functions from origination to execution. Responsible for organizing professional gatherings and meetings according to the clients needs and preferences, including the event's purpose or themes. Meets and works with clients to schedule and plan meetings, events, and activities in the meeting rooms. Provides schedules and costs to clients and ensures the clients requirements are met. Requires ability to utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
