We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Catering & Events Manager to join an established events venue. This is a temporary role where you’ll oversee catering and event delivery, manage the kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Manage daily catering and event operations
• Lead and support kitchen, front-of-house, and events staff
• Oversee menu planning, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sales team to deliver high standards
