Description The Catering and Event Sales Lead position is a base-salaried, full-cycle, commission-earning hunter role responsible for selling and coordinating catering across a multi-concept restaurant group. This position owns the entire sales process from aggressive prospecting and relentless follow-up to menu development, pricing, and execution, working 40+ hours a week to chase, close, and deliver business. This role is not for everyone; it's for driven sales professionals who thrive on accountability, urgency, and winning. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience. Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment, Demonstrate "Hunter" mentality to hunt down prospective business Full cycle sales experience: lead follow-up, new client discovery, menu development, pricing negotiation, closing, handoff, and execution. Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort working 40+ hours a week High accountability and self-motivated Creative problem solver Basic comfort with CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets
