Catering and Hospitality Manager

This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work as a key member of the Operations department at Bosworth Independent School.
We take great pride in delivering a first-class experience at Bosworth Independent School. The Catering and Hospitality Manager will lead a team who play a crucial part in the delivery of the hospitality that is central to our ethos.
As Catering and Hospitality Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering a high-quality catering offer to our students, staff and visitors. You will oversee the smooth running of the kitchen, dining hall and café. In addition, you will take the lead in the management of events and functions and have a key role in their development.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership qualities, and have experience of successful budget management. You will understand the importance of hospitality, have exceptionally high standards and, in regard to health and safety, ensure our 5-star rating is maintained by the Environmental Health Organisation.
