Catering and Hospitality Manager
€50,000 to €52,000 per annum + benefits
Are you a passionate and experienced manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead in a dynamic catering and hospitality environment? We’re looking for a Catering and Hospitality Manager to join our team in Dublin 7, bringing innovation, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in food and service.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a high-performing catering team
Oversee daily our 220 seat restaurant and multiple coffee docks on campus, ensuring top-tier quality and service
Develop and manage a wide ranging hospitality & event service throughout the campus, from customer engagement through to high level delivery
Manage budgets and financial performance
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Identify and drive business growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in catering or hospitality management
Astute commercial awareness and continual, effective decision making to manage efficiencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Financial acumen, including P&L management
Knowledge of food safety, H&S, and compliance regulations
Passion for delivering high-quality service
