ACS International Schools we are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our team and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assisting in basic food preparation (e.g. making sandwiches, chopping vegetables, plating meals).
• Serving food to students and staff in a polite and efficient manner.
• Ensuring portion control and dietary requirements are met.
• Keeping the kitchen, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Washing dishes and ensuring proper waste disposal
• Counter service and till work.
• Checking and replenishing stock such as ingredients and kitchen essentials.
• Reporting shortages to the catering manager or chef
• Following food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Reporting any hazards or issues in the kitchen or dining area.
