CATERING ASSISTANT /BARISTA

We are currently looking for enthusiastic catering assistants to join our team in Zen Café, Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore, where we pride ourselves on offering great coffee and healthy food sourced from local suppliers, all served with a warm smile.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation and serving of menu items (soups & sandwiches)
• Preparation and serving of beverages, including a variety of coffees, to a high standard (barista training will be provided)
• To carry out cleaning and washing, including table clearing, in order to ensure high levels of hygiene
• To help ensure adequate stock levels, restock fridges and counter displays, assist with stock control and rotation, and avoid wastage

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be a positive ambassador for Zen Café
• To attend to any other duties, as requested by the Zen Café manager and supervisor.
• To complete tasks, as requested, in line with Zen Café policies, procedures, guidelines and management instruction.
