Job title: Catering Assistant (kitchen and front of house)
Location: Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park, FK9 4UR
Salary: £ 9.20 p/h - £13.68 p/h (based on age)

Working hours: June - September - Flexible hours/days across a 7-day week between 9am – 6pm. Some weekday availability required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

· Experience as a Catering Assistant (desirable but not essential)
· Food Hygiene Level 1 (desirable but not essential as training will be given)
· Barista trained
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work well in a team and interact well with the public

As a Catering Assistant you’ll be working in one of our catering outlets within the park and will need to have a friendly and outgoing disposition. Your duties will include:
· clearing tables
· serving visitors hot/cold food drinks
· other general duties as required
· keeping an eye on the cleanliness and tidiness of our catering outlet
· supporting the kitchen in high-volume service
