As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer service. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A Level 2 Food hygiene qualification (or willingness to obtain within 1 month)
• Good understanding of food safety standards

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our hospitality service- preparing food, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.
This is a hands-on, customer facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across our catering areas and events, supporting a team that’s known for its warmth, professionalism, and dedication to excellence.
Please note: To be considered, you must be available to work across all shift patterns listed above.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Delivering excellent customer service and high-quality food presentation.
• Supporting food preparation and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Operating tills and cashless systems.
• Assisting with hospitality events and ensuring consistency across all catering services.
• Complying with food safety, health and safety, and internal policies.
