We’re Feedwell, one of Sydney’s fastest-growing fresh food catering businesses. We deliver thousands of meals daily to workplaces like Google, Amazon, Canva, and Louis Vuitton but it’s our production crew that makes it happen.
We’re hiring full-time Production Crew to prepare, assemble, and pack fresh food in our central kitchen. You’ll be working at your own bench, following the step-by-step procedures we train you on, and working to the system so everything is consistent. This is hands-on, practical work making sure every salad, wrap, sandwich, and grazing board looks great, tastes fresh, and goes out on time. This is a full-time, permanent job with fixed days and hours. It’s not casual work. You’ll know exactly when you’re working, what your role is, and what’s expected. No last-minute roster changes.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and pack salads, wraps, sandwiches, and grazing boards to our recipes and standards we’ll show you exactly how
Follow our step-by-step procedures and stick with them once trained
Work at your station with pace and consistency to hit production times
Keep your bench clean, organised, and food-safe
Rotate across stations (prep, assembly, packing) once trained, so you can build more skills
Be respectful, reliable, and a positive part of your team

Afternoon: MonFri or SunThur, 2:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m.
Evening: MonFri or SunThur, 4:00 p.m. 12:00 a.m.
Early Morning: MonFri, 1:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m.
Packing: MonFri, 3:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m.
