JOB SUMMARY

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join our team for an exciting 10-week project in Newport. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of catering events, providing exceptional service to guests, and maintaining high standards of food safety and preparation. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to memorable dining experiences.
Roles available for both weekday and weekend shifts – perfect for those looking for flexible or consistent work.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Experience in food preparation and serving within a restaurant or hotel environment is an advantage.
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Culinary experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
