About the Role IRT Catering is seeking to appoint a passionate Catering Assistant with prior experience in a catering or a food service environment to join the team on a part time/casual basis. You must be able to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays with the flexibility to cover 6am to 2:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm. We're committed to helping you acheive a healthy work-life balance! Your work will include As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation of high quality foods including cooking, chilling, batch assembly, labelling, storage and stock rotation in compliance with HACCP food guidelines. You will also be responsible for a range of cleaning duties including the general work area and commercial production equipment, whilst adhering to safety and hygiene systems in accordance with legislation.
