• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items for catering events, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
• Set up and dismantle catering equipment and displays, ensuring all areas are clean and organised.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth operations during events, including timely service and replenishment of items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including proper storage of food items and equipment.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as required.
