We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join our current catering team in one of our established contracts. The role is based on 8 hours per week, over two days, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate must be flexible. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Ideally candidates will hold a current Level 2 food hygiene certificate or be prepared to gain one.
Overall responsibilities: liaising with other unit staff, working in a team to provide a professional service in a client establishment.
Overall purpose of the job: To provide and maintain a professional service in line with client and contractual requirements.
Serving customers during service periods, adhering to portion control in order to avoid waste.
Working efficiently in the preparation and service of food to ensure that at busy period’s service runs smoothly.
