Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: Littlemore Mental Health CentreSandford Road, Littlemore, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 4XN
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 10am - 6pm
Pay: £12.08 per hour

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a similar role (though full training given)
• Knowledge of HACCP & COSHH

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Ensure that all food is presented to customers in a professional manner in compliance with statutory guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and production of menu items as required.
• Take reasonable instruction from the Chef on duty.
• Washing up duties and using the dishwasher. * * Adhering to the cleaning schedule allocated to the catering assistant, cleaning of kitchen area to prevent a safe clean working environment, clean as you go routine
