Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: Worcester City Inpatient Unit, WR5 2DD
Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday, various shifts available. As and when needed to cover sickness and annual leave.
Pay: £12.08, plus enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays

We have temporary ongoing placement opportunities available for Catering assistants to work within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health Care NHS Trust, Elgar Unit, Newtown Road, Worcestershire WR5 1JG.
As a Catering Assistant you’re busy but never bored, working alone or as a part of team.
The Catering team operates over a 7-day rota system between the hours of 06:30 and 20:00. You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week.

EXPERIENCE:

· Level 3 qualification in Catering OR City and Guilds 7061/2
· Basic Food Hygiene
· Catering experience g in an employed capacity

· Serving food on wards
· Supporting in the Kitchen, cleaning, organising etc
· Picking and packing
· Prepping Vegetables and preparing salads
· Serving at the restaurant on the counter
· You will be standing for the whole of your shift, there is bending, stretching, lifting, and pulling of food trollies to the wards
