• Providing a warm welcome and friendly efficient service to all our visitors.
• Taking visitors orders, operating the tills, and taking payments.
• Serving hot and cold food and drinks to our visitors.
• Taking and making up ice-cream orders.
• Making a multitude of hot drinks in the food barn and catering outlets training will be given
• Running food, doing pot-wash.
• Tidy and clean tables / floors in customer areas in the food barn and in the other catering outlets and kiosks.
• Food Hygiene and Allergen compliance at all times.
