An opportunity has become available for an experienced Catering Assistant based at the Lock & Quay Restaurant on the Port of Tilbury.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, be flexible in their approach and it is important to be a real team player in a fast-paced working environment. What is important and does matter to us is that you take pride in what you do and you have a willingness to learn.

Experience:

• Catering: 1 year (required

• Assisting the Chef Manager with basic food preparation
• Assisting with the daily food service
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Responsibility for the cleaning of the kitchen and dining area
• Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will possess an excellent work ethic and high standards of hygiene.
  Working hours: 20 hours per week, 8.45am to 12.45pm, Monday to Friday.
  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: £11.66 per hour
  Expected hours: 20 per week
