Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Catering Assistant at RSL LifeCare, every day you’re empowered to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. Within our supportive work environment your compassion is valued and your professional development is prioritised. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with the catering team and the Head Chef to provide high quality catering services for residents and their visitors
  • Comply with Food Safety Standards
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment; dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen, equipment and dining areas
  • Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors
  • Serve residents meals and snacks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needsBuild strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience
