The ideal candidate will have/be: Excellent Communiction skills

• Previous experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi task under pressure
• Ability to work on own initiativ

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Responsible for the preperation of fresh food daily and producing high qualtiy products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that shop and displays show the highest level of hygiene at all times.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Prepare and display fresh food products throughout the day ensuring that the counter displays for fresh food meet standards required
• Merchandise snacks/minerals ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant are presented to the highest standards
• Prepare customers sandwiches, salads, coffees etc in a hygienic and efficinet manner
• Deal with customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and cleaning duties and adhered to.
