ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

As a Catering Assistant, your main duties will include:

• Supporting food preparation and counter service
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areas
• Providing excellent customer service to all site staff and visitors
• Working independently and using initiative during quieter weekday shifts
• Leading the catering service on weekends in the absence of senior staff
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standards

This is a busy, varied role that would suit someone who:

• Has experience in a catering environment (essential)
• Has team leader or supervisory experience (essential for weekends)
• Is confident working independently and directing others
• Has a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Is reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to high standards of servic
