As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Establish and maintain maximum and minimum stock levels, carry out stock checks, and request orders to maintain agreed stock levels.
• Take receipt of all food and non-food items, ensure safe storage and temperature checks, and date stamp all goods upon delivery.
• Issue ad hoc stock items requested by other areas of catering, ensuring correct packing and safe handling.
• Assist with internal/external audits, deep clean storage areas, and ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, report any damaged containers or overstocking, and monitor storage chillers and freezers.
• Driving, loading and unloading trust vehicles around the respective site(s) to deliver orders. Carrying out driver maintenance and vehicle safety checks reporting any defects to the supervisor
