• Deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Maintain accurate COSHH records and kitchen paperwork.
• Ensure the kitchen and equipment meet high cleanliness standards.
• Follow recipes and adapt menus when necessary.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team.
• Handle special requests and changing demands.
• Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and dishes.
• Contribute ideas for menu improvement and stay updated on industry trends.
