We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our catering operations, ensuring that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standards. Experience:

• Catering: 1 year (preferred

The Catering Assistant role will be assisting with duties, including but not limited to:
· Cooking and serving in the Greedy Goat (our catering trailer) cooking and serving loaded fries and making and serving drinks.
· Cooking and serving food in out Courtyard cafe serving a range of light lunches.
. Cooking and serving fresh donuts in our Donut Shack.
· Maintain and adhere to high health and safety standards of the catering department. Following in place procedures and reporting any issues to senior staff;
· Providing a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, taking orders with till operation, and providing information on products, menu and allergens if required;
· Food running to customers and check on the provision of cutlery;
· Prepare hot drinks via a barista machine;
· Assisting in maintaining stock levels on products at serveries and till points;
· Ensuring a high standard of presentation and that servery and dining areas are clean at all times and that catering cleaning schedules are completed;
· Ensuring café tidiness through changing bins, clearing tables, pot wash, cleaning catering areas and litter pick.
