JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle data entry with precision. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while providing excellent customer service to memembers of the organisation. working evenings Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Strong analytical skills to assist in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to upselling products or services during customer interactions is advantageous. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Assistant who can contribute positively to our team!
    Job Type: Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 9 months
    Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
