Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Catering Attendants to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Catering Attendant, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions

• Set up tables following the banquet event orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly; replenish buffet line food as needed
• Monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints
• Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
• Break down the event according to company procedures
