JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Attendant/Busser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization. You will assist servers and contribute to the overall efficiency of our food service operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be outgoing and willing to interact with customers.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in banquet services or bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including floors, utensils, and condiments.
• Set up and break down banquet tables and dining areas for special events.
• Support guest relations by providing friendly and attentive service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with coffee preparation and service as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
