We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team as a Catering Butchery Trainee – combining practical roles in packing, machine operation, and cleaning, with the opportunity to learn and develop valuable butchery skills.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in the food production industry with full training and progression pathways available.

• Packing meat orders to a high standard for our catering clients
• Operating machinery safely (e.g. vacuum packers, slicers – training provided)
• Cleaning equipment, workspaces, and production areas to food safety standards
• Supporting butchers and production staff as required
• Learning about meat preparation and butchery techniques as part of your development
