MISSION | We turn the kitchen into an immersive classroom for young adults to explore their identities, learn transferable skills, and open doors to their future. Duties & Responsibilities Train and guide cafe staff in both front and back of house roles and responsibilities Supervise service line during cafe business hours Field, manage, and coordinate all catering requests Analyze and engineer catering menu Address guest concerns as they arise Provide cafe staff with ongoing feedback around performance Support management of kitchen and cafe schedule Assist in maintenance of cafe menu Support inventory management Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Cafe staff (alumni) Requirements Preferred Qualifications Bilingual - English/Swahili, English/Spanish, or other languages Interest in working with Opportunity Youth Experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs Benefits Paid Time Off Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 403b
