REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in kitchen management within a high-volume catering or restaurant setting.​Indeed

  • Willingness and ability to travel to various event locations as required.​

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage kitchen operations for both Kitchen Farmacy Catering and our associated restaurant, Cheeky Duck Vineyard Inc. ​
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.​Indeed
  • Plan and execute menus for a variety of events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions and weddings.​
  • Coordinate with clients to tailor catering services to their specific needs and preferences.​
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and relationships with local suppliers to maintain our commitment to locally sourced ingredients.​
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.​
