Catering Chef - Contract Catering - 40 hrs per week.
The Richmond Apartments are looking to recruit their next Sous Chef.
The current position is focussed on contract catering serving between 200-300 Meals for Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner.
The individual will need to possess the following skills:
- Order Management
- Stock Control
- Cost Control
- Excellent Communication
Working within a small team of kitchen and food servers we are looking for an individual that can hit the ground running.
Hours to be covered are 7am to 7pm daily over 7 days a week.
